A leading Saudi-based business retained Nardello & Co. to investigate allegations of terrorist funding made against the company's former CEO. We conducted a detailed due diligence background investigation that included sensitive inquiries with confidential law enforcement sources in the US and Europe. The charges were found to be baseless.  As a result of this finding, our client tasked Nardello & Co. with coordinating a wide ranging legal defense of US civil litigation against the former CEO.
