Nardello & Co. was retained by a multinational oil company to investigate possible FCPA violations and fraud at its Nigerian operation.  Our investigation was led by Michael Walsh, the Head of International Investigations in our London office, whose experience on Scotland Yard's West African Fraud Desk proved invaluable. Our numerous interviews with company personnel and Nigerian officials, confidential source inquiries, public records searches, background research and analysis of extensive documentation led to findings that enabled the company's board to make an informed decision on their obligation to self-report potential FCPA violations.
