Nicholas Peck - Managing Director
For more than 20 years, Nicholas Peck has been a tireless investigator to whom clients return again and again for trusted results. Nick's hands-on investigative background informs the strategies he puts into place for Nardello & Co.'s clients. Leading the US-based team of investigators on a range of matters, including complex fraud investigations, international asset searches, corporate control contests, domestic and international due diligence, litigation support and reputation-related issues, he has consistently found the type of information that best advances our clients' objectives.
Nick has a particular expertise in international matters, having lived and worked outside the US, notably in South Africa, where as Managing Director for an international investigations firm he opened and headed its Johannesburg office. Among his other duties at Nardello & Co., Nick manages special litigation task forces working outside the US, including in Europe, the former Soviet Union, South America and other challenging jurisdictions.
Highlights of Nick's career include significant roles in several major high-profile cases, among them a two-year investigation of Saddam Hussein's financial network, an international fraud investigation for a state-owned bank that led to the conviction of several individuals and a security audit for one of the world's largest gold companies.
Nick Peck received his BA degree in International Relations from Bates College in Maine.
