Barry Irwin is the Regional Head of Nardello & Co.’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa Practice, based in London, where he directs the firm’s investigations across the region. He brings more than 30 years of legal expertise both as in-house counsel and in private practice, working with multinational corporations, government, state-owned enterprises, startups, and individuals.
He is the author of Long Term Contracts (Federation Press Pty. Limited) on the practical, commercial, and legal operation and effect of long-term supply agreements, as well as a contributing author to both the World Bank Institute's Guide to Key Documentation and Governance for Extractive Industries, a guide for government bodies, private investors and other stakeholders in large resources projects, and Minerals and Mining (Globe Law and Business Publishing), on mining laws around the world.
