Based in the firm's New York office, Wendy Bellus is Nardello & Co.'s Chief People Officer, where she provides strategic and operations support across the full breadth of human resources functional areas, including talent acquisition, talent management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

  Wendy’s career includes more than 35 years of leadership experience in human capital management and organizational development. Prior to joining the firm, Wendy was the Regional Heald of Talent for the Americas at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where she oversaw talent acquisition and development strategy creation and implementation for a 3,000-person region across seven countries. Previously, she worked at Rabobank as their Regional Head of Human Resources for the Americas and served as a member of their Global HR Leadership Team. Earlier in her career, Wendy was a compensation manager at Merrill Lynch and NatWest Markets.
