Nardello & Co. was retained by the government of an Asian country to begin an internal review of certain procurement programs to determine if the prior administration improperly diverted funds.

A Nardello & Co. team of auditors was sent to the country to review and secure government files relating to the procurement programs, interview pertinent government officials, and interview key witnesses within commercial entities including private companies and banks. This led to a worldwide search for records and assets that extended to Korea, Hong Kong, the Philippines, the Middle East and the US.

The project lasted for approximately three years and resulted in the location of tens of millions of dollars of recoverable assets.
